Contracts
The following are the grounds for the load-unload, dock storage,
conservation, transportation and forwarding services as well as other works or
services run at the territory of the Port or within the water space of the
Port:
- An order issued by Director General,
or;
- An
order issued by Deputy Director General, following a written request from an
organization wishing to transship its cargoes through the Port,
or;

A written request from a Customer issued in reply to a TMT LLC’s written
proposal for transshipping Customer’s cargoes through the
Port.
Here
is the list of documents needed for entering a contract (the copies of the
documents to be submitted have to be notarized and certified with company’s
seal):
For
resident companies
1.
A copy of company’s Articles of Association or other deeds of
foundation.
2.
A copy of a Certificate of Registration (Rewriting) of a
business.
3.
Copies of Customer’s relevant licenses (provided a company’s specific business
requires
licensing).
4.
Written confirmation of person’s power of attorney for entering a contract on
behalf of the company.
5.
A copy of the tax body registration certificate.
6.
A copy of a reference letter about having an account opened at an appropriate
bank.
7.
A copy of the banking card containing signature specimen and impression of the
company seal.
For
nonresident companies:
1.
A copy of company’s Articles of Association or other deeds of
foundation.
2.
Documents certifying registration of a foreign Customer.
3.
A bank guarantee confirming Customer’s creditworthiness.
4.
An extract from Company Register of Customer’s country of
origin.
5.
A power of attorney for acting as agent on behalf of the
company.
6.
A document confirming the assignment of the power of attorney by company
president.
The
Contract (Agreement) shall contain the following:
- Name and title of the Customer (legal entity)
entering the Contract with the TMT LLC; positions and names of the persons who
sign the documents; documents authorizing one Contract (Agreement)
subscription;

Subject of the Contract (Agreement): list of works, services and operations
under the Contract;

Volume of works to be done (type of cargo, package; basis of
supply);

Destinations, terms for the cargo to enter the TMT LLC and other material
data;

Obligations of the contracting parties;
- Special
conditions provided those are necessary for working with a specific
Customer;

Terms
of settlement;
-
Liabilities of the parties and dispute resolution details;
-
Contract validity and prolongation conditions where
necessary;
- Full
legal addresses, banking details, telephone and fax numbers, and numbers
of communication devices to contact the
specific Customer.
